Thank you for shopping with us. As our products are handmade, please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing an order.

- We do not accept returns.
- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- Once an order is placed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
🔁 Exchange Policy (Only in Case of Damage or Defect)
We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged or defective product must be shared with us for verification.
📌 No exchange requests will be accepted after 48 hours of delivery.
🚚 Shipping Charges for Exchange
- All courier/shipping charges for exchange (both return and reshipment) must be borne by the customer.
- This applies to both domestic and international orders.
- We do not provide reverse pickup services.

🧵 Handmade Product Disclaimer
Our products are handmade, and minor variations in color, texture, size, or finish are natural and not considered defects. Such variations are not eligible for exchange.
📦 Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange
Exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Slight color or design variations
- Incorrect size or product ordered by the customer
- Damage due to improper handling after delivery
