  • Minor variations in color, texture, size, or design are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments



  • All prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Prices do not include shipping charges, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated.
  • Label Tuki reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.






4. Shipping



  • India: Free shipping is available across India.
  • International: Shipping charges are applied at checkout and vary based on destination and package weight.
  • International orders are shipped via Jetline Courier Pvt. Ltd.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.






5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)



  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Label Tuki is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.






6. No Returns & No Refunds



  • Label Tuki does not accept returns.
  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances.
  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded.






7. Exchange Policy



  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of damaged or defective products.
  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos/videos for verification.
  • All courier charges related to the exchange (return and reshipping) must be borne by the customer, for both domestic and international orders.
  • Exchange requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.






8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery



  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
  • Label Tuki is not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Any additional shipping or re-delivery costs will be borne by the customer.






9. Limitation of Liability



  • Label Tuki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
  • Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
